New builders tapped for Mt Laurel as new construction looms

Mt Laurel has named three homebuilders to its builder’s guild for new construction in the unique Shelby County community.

The town developer EBSCO Development Co., along with ARC Realty said that G.S. Masters Inc., James Woods Development Inc., and Centennial Homes LLC will be a part of the growing demand for new homes in the area.

ARC Realty recently opened an office in Mt Laurel and will work with the new builders as well as EBSCO subsidiary Town Builders Inc. in marketing and selling homes.

“We’re thrilled to offer the craftsmanship and expertise these companies provide to meet the growing demand for homes in Mt Laurel and the Shelby County area,” said ARC Realty’s President and Qualifying Broker Beau Bevis. “At least six new spec homes will break ground this fall and will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2019.”

Group President of EBSCO Realty Investments Jay Page said that the expansion of the builder’s guild was in line with the community’s commitment to the future and gives homeowners a selection of homesites to choose from for custom homes in Mt. Laurel.

Mt Laurel is located in the Dunnavant Valley area off of U.S. 280 south of Birmingham, in an area that is seeing a good amount of both residential and some commercial real estate activity.
